Development Goal

Starting with the end in mind - at every sprint, we diligently co-define the outcome and the process. We also cover the interventions, methods, and tools to be applied.

Development Loops

Each sprint consists of 2 to 3 development loops. The loops are defined once the development goal is clear. They last between 2 and 3 months.

Re-Assessment & Celebration

At the end of a sprint all participants and their teams re-assess the new situation. The change and the improvement will become visible and it is time to appreciate.

Kick-Off

The Kick-Off is the moment the program gets started. It is the day all participants get to know each other well and where the development spark is ignited.

Evaluation & Adaption

Since your progress means change, the mood and requirements need to be assessed along the journey. Frequent evaluations  and adaptions ensure hitting the target at the end.

Ready to tackle again

After the development is before the development. At the end of a sprint your leaders have incorporated the new behaviour and habit. That said, they will be ready for the next challenge.
