Years of training and coaching have let to it...
Most leaders don't fail because they lack the knowledge of how things should be done. They are often well educated and trained. Instead, most leaders fail in "moments of truth" - those critical instances where they must act or decide while outside their comfort zone or facing new, unfamiliar territory.
With the sprint, we actively lead leaders into situations that target their specific development areas and guide them through these situations with our support and expertise.
The Leadership Sprint: a program designed to provide close-range mentorship while delivering challenges that level up both skill and character.
